Spire | Weapon Art

I love the challenge of designing impossible machines. Presented here are the new-age weapons, forged in the response of a new enemy, wielded by Spire's protagonist. I took each weapon from concept to model and textures, with design ideation from swords and antique weaponry. My goal was to bridge the gap of swords to guns, capturing nobility and lethality. I enjoyed greatly learning of old weapons, their drawbacks and their characteristics. I believe this context achieved an understandable design language that is believable within our fantastical setting.
